Last Saturday, I locked in. No distractions, no breaks, just me, my ideas, and a 24-hour deadline.

The mission? Build a working product from scratch, live demo it, and compete against over 3,000 creators in the Build Launch Win hackathon.

I chose the Startup track, the most competitive, and from the moment the timer started, I was in full product engineer mode. What followed was one of the most intense, rewarding, and validating sprints of my entire dev career.

🦄 Introducing: BlueMint AI

BlueMint AI is my answer to a very real problem: People have great product ideas, but no blueprint to build from.

Developers are guessing. LLMs are stalling without structure. Non-technical founders don’t know where to start. Teams waste hours on back-and-forth just trying to get aligned.

So I built the bridge.

BlueMint AI transforms product ideas into crystal-clear, developer-ready blueprint prompts. You fill out a smart form — answering guided, product-thinking questions — and in one shot, BlueMint delivers an engineer’s summary, a technical spec, and a Lovable / Bolt / Cursor Cursor-ready AI agent prompt to kickstart the build.

It’s the first AI tool made for what I call Vibe Coders — builders who use LLMs, no-code tools, and AI dev environments to ship faster and smarter.

🧠 Why I Built It (and Why I Built It This Way)

I’ve worked across agencies, startups, and side projects. Every time someone came to me with an idea, I’d ask: “Do you have a spec?” Most of the time, the answer was: “Not really.”

It’s 2025. We have AI agents that can code apps, launch websites, even design full UIs… But what we’re still missing is structure. We’re missing the why, the who, the what, and the how of product thinking.

So I built BlueMint to solve this. A way to capture all those thoughts, insights, and intentions — and convert them into something a dev can run with. Or better yet, something an LLM like Claude, Cursor, Lovable, or V0 can build from directly.

How I Built It in 24 Hours

Stack:

• React (frontend, built from scratch)
• Supabase for user auth, credit system, database – Wen Bo Xie
• Claude AI ( Anthropic) to generate the structured spec – Christian Ryan
• Stripe for payments
• ElevenLabs for voice assistant integration –
• Admin dashboard, full user management, real-time credit tracking — the works.

I didn’t sleep. I barely ate. I was too deep in flow. I was vibe coding.

I coded, designed, deployed, tested, fixed bugs (ALOT), and deployed again. By the 20th hour, BlueMint AI was a real SaaS product, and I had 3 hrs to create a pitch video.

🏆 What Happened Next

Out of 3,000+ builders, BlueMint AI made the Top 15 globally.

No prebuilt template. No copilot generating boilerplate. This was all original — and it worked.

And while I didn’t take home the grand prize, I did something way more important:

✅ Validated a real product

✅ Launched a working SaaS in 24 hours

✅ Got real users and real feedback

✅ Started building a movement around vibe coding

So What’s Next?

I’m going all in.

BlueMintAI.com is now live. (READ THAT AGAIN) I’ve launched the credit system (called Leafs), integrated Stripe for real payments, and added voice support with ElevenLabs. We’re onboarding our first wave of users right now.
